I ordered the same size shoe as the similar summer ones last year which I loved. They were half an inch longer and were far too big. I exchanged them for the next size down and these were far too small. I have asked for a refund. I have never had a problem before with Hotter shoes so am disappointed.

Shoes were great price 2 for £109. Selena shoes arrived and even just looking at them you could see the left ahoe was much bigger than the right. I did comment on the returns slip. I had ordered wide fit but the left shoe was really wide and much broader than right. Disappointed.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
