I have had five pairs of Bivvy shoes in different colours. They fit well and are very comfortable.

I thought I would have to return them as one shoe was hurting my toes, however I found by removing the sole it became a wide fit ! I was so pleased about this, what an incredible idea, both shoes are really comfortable now. Thank you Hotter

I have been a customer for years but as our local shop closed started to purchase on line however I not only needed an half size larger but also ordered 2 pairs the same when I wanted 2 different. I returned them with a label in original packaging
this was during mid April it is now mid May and I have only received a refund for one pair. When I spoke to them on line they would not send out the amended order and said the refund will be processed by 09 May. I am still waiting and do not want to order until the refund is complete. I do not want to be their banker with no interest.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
