These boots looked very nice and felt comfortable when first tried on. However, after taking just a few steps they began to feel increasingly uncomfortable. The problem seems to be the seam where the leather meets the fabric part of the boot. This rubs against my ankle and lower calf, even when wearing fairly thick socks. I have returned them for a refund.

Despite advising your Customer Services that the description in your brochure (as per scanned document supplied) claiming the boots had 'a cosy faux fur lining' when, (as could be seen on my attached photograph), the boots do not have a faux fur lining but a dark plain textile lining is clearly in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, they initially demanded that the boots could only be returned if unworn. However my wife had already worn them before discovering that the brochure description had been false. After much persuasion your Customer Services finally agreed that we could return them FOC and receive a full refund however by this time my wife had decided to keep them despite her disappointment at the lack of a 'cosy faux fur lining'. However when I informed your Customer Services of her decision, there wasn't even an apology for the incorrect description in the brochure, much less any offer of compensation for your mistake and our time and inconvenience on what are very expensive boots (�89). As long-term customers (online and in your shops) we were very disappointed with your lack of customer care

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
