I have bought many pairs of Hotter shoes in the past and always bought a size 6 wide fitting shoe. When they arrived the shoes did not fit - they were too tight and just uncomfortable. I had paid the postage to have them delivered, so I telephoned Hotter and was told that the label enclosed was prepaid (which it was). However, I was appalled to find that when my refund was paid back into my account, the postage for the returned shoes was docked from the refund. Therefore, I paid over £7 not to receive a pair of shoes! This is very sharp practice and I will not be purchasing Hotter shoes again.

Also wish I had read the returns policy as I think it’s unacceptable that you are charged a returns fee when you have already paid for delivery

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
