Hotter's No Hassle Returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. No quibble, your comfort is our promise.

We accept returns through the post, and by courier (if available in your area); a returns label will be enclosed with your parcel. You can also return items free of charge to our Hotter stores. Please note that if you wish to return or exchange goods paid for using PayPal, these can be returned using the postal returns label provided but we’re unable to accept them in our stores at present.
