We understand the importance of delivering happy feet speedily to you which is why we aim to process your order promptly and to have in stock items delivered to your door as quickly as we can.

Items that are out of stock but available to pre-order will display an estimated delivery date.

Returns:

Every product we sell undergoes the strictest quality control procedure before it reaches you – and we're confident that you'll be delighted with the end result. However, if you need to return any item(s), please send it back unworn and in the original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll process an exchange or refund, it’s that simple.

We accept returns through the post, and by courier (if available in your area); a returns label will be enclosed with your parcel. You can also return items free of charge to our Hotter stores. Please note that if you wish to return or exchange goods paid for using PayPal, these can be returned using the postal returns label provided but we’re unable to accept them in our stores at present.
