Free shipping is applied to all orders over €125. For all orders below €125, there will be a delivery charge, please refer to the table above.

Free shipping is standard shipping only, regardless of the number of items ordered and only applies to the following countries: Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & the UK.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address within the EU and to many countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to the following countries:-

Who will deliver my parcel?

Your parcel is despatched from the UK using Royal Mail, and will be delivered by your National Postal Carrier.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Can I request a specific time of day for delivery?

What happens if I am out when the carrier calls?

If your delivery has been attempted, the parcel may have been left with a neighbour, or they may have taken the parcel back to the depot. In any of these cases the delivery driver will have left a card to advise you that they have attempted delivery and what you need to do next. It is important that you arrange re-delivery as soon as possible to ensure the parcel is not returned to Hotter.

Can I have part of my order sent to my home address and the other part sent to another address?

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate this request. If two delivery addresses are required, then the purchases need to be placed as two separate orders.

International Orders

If you've chosen International Delivery from our European website, it will take approximately 10 working days for an order to be delivered. In times of high demand this timing may change, please refer to 'Ordering info' page for the latest details. It costs €15 per item to ship products internationally.
