I have already phoned Hotter and really hope a note has been made against my purchase, that I need to change my DewII shoes for another style at Hotter shop in Cardiff. I live in an area of rural mid Wales and use public transport, travelling to and from Cardiff takes a day and I won't have time to travel to Cardiff until 1st July, I will have had these shoes for more than 30days, but want to return these to the shop and not online/post, because I have trouble with fitting and realise I cannot buy footwear online and have very little time for online shopping, returning, bank faffing, etc. There is always a problem. In this instance, the hard and totally inflexible material used in the heels of the new version of Dew style, which I know will be unyielding and uncomfortable (A bad move on the part of Hotter show designers, I would suggest returning to the old material used for stiffening the heels of these, at one time very comfortable shoes!) I hope the person I spoke to has made a note of the fact that I have to change these totally pristine unworn shoes, still in their box, on the 1st of July and not earlier!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
