To celebrate our partnership with Marie Curie, teams from our stores and Hotter HQ visited a Marie Curie shop for the day in the month of February, to volunteer and chat to the customers and staff to find out why the charity is special to them.

Every team involved helped boost the shops’ takings by bringing donations of their own, some Hotter goodies and some willing volunteers to dress up as daffodils!  Here’s what the Marie Curie shops said about their visits…

Carolina and Katie at Marie Curie Tiverton

Hotter supplied some lovely stock and really helped drive some additional income. A big thank you to Vic, Katie & Carolina from Hotter. A wonderful day for everyone concerned.

Marie Curie – Tiverton

An excellent day with Hotter and by far the best and most successful shops challenge to date.

Marie Curie – Glasgow Springburn

A very successful challenge with Hotter, probably the best I have done since being in MC, thoroughly enjoyed the buzz as did the staff.

Marie Curie – Upminster

The Hotter Team at Marie Curie Solihull

We saw lots of new faces in store and really appreciated Hotter talking to local businesses and driving footfall.

Marie Curie – Solihull

It was a fantastic day; the Hotter staff were second to none and couldn’t have done more.

A little bit about me… Hi! I am the PR and Social Media Executive here at Hotter, and have worked here for over 17 years. One of the things I love about Hotter is the passion staff have for our shoes; they are always striving to find more ways to help our customers find their perfect pair. When I’m not in the office, I love to cook, craft and shop!
