We have collaborated with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) for another year to create two stunning (and exclusive!) floral canvas shoes that are simply perfect for Summer.

The RHS, as the leading UK gardening charity, have been enriching people's lives through plants for over two centuries.

Through gardens and shows, scientific research and educational programmes, their goal is to inspire people to grow while making the UK a greener and more beautiful place in the process.

The RHS transforms communities through gardening while protecting and advancing the science, art and practice of horticulture - so that it all benefits future generations and the environment. But, above all, their aim is to give gardeners a voice and make horticulture a career to be proud of.

A passion for horticulture is at the heart of the charity and everything they strive for. Their dedicated staff, volunteers, council and committees all work together to inspire millions of people to get involved with gardening.

The RHS share their vision and knowledge through books, websites, podcasts and magazines, and sell the very best plants and gardening gifts, too.

Our RHS floral canvas shoes

Mabel - RHS Ditsy Floral

Crafted exclusively with the RHS, each of our floral canvas shoes have been designed to match the Summertime, the RHS' gorgeous gardens across the UK and the very British love for the outdoors.

Our two canvas shoes to be graced by the gorgeous RHS designs are Molly and Mabel. The botanical designs are uniquely gorgeous, but their comfort, especially, is equally important. Each step in either Molly or Mabel saves your energy through FreeSole. Our innovative rebound technology is engineered to absorb the impact of each stride and return energy to the next. Delivering maximum comfort with minimum fatigue – for go-anywhere freedom.

Because of this, it's simple. Molly and Mabel the perfect shoes to stroll through Summer in.

Creating the RHS designs

Our designers pick from the RHS' catalogue of over 2,500 pieces of original artwork for each collaborative season. As you can imagine, selecting only two from so many gorgeous floral, botanical options is never an easy task!

Next, our team work with a print designer once pieces are selected to create an original print, so that it ties in with the season's palette.

This season, "we wanted to create a pretty ditzy floral and so selected flowers that would lend themselves to this type of design," says Helen, our Senior Designer.

She explains, "The second option was a botanical floral. Again, we selected from the RHS back catalogue stems that we felt would work together, then worked with the print designer to get the balance right."

Why wear canvas shoes?

Summer floral canvas shoes, Mabel and Molly, in exclusive RHS botanical prints, pictured on a soft pink background.

Canvas shoes are comfortable, lightweight, easy to clean and, above all, go with many (if not all!) outfits.

Our canvas prints are made of 100% organic cotton. This makes canvas shoes extremely lightweight, breathable and soft-to-the-touch, too. Everything you need in a Summer shoe, in other words!

The canvas material allows us to play with colour combinations and creative prints. Doing this lets us create exclusive designs with our partnerships, seen in our previous campaigns with Marie Curie and our current collaboration with RHS.

So, which style will you be stepping into Summer with?

You can win a pair of tickets to the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival and our entire RHS print collection.
