Rosie joined Hotter in August 2015 as a designer and loves coming up with new styles and colour ways for the season’s ahead. In 1995, Rosie graduated from De Montfort University with a first class degree in footwear design, and continued to spend the next 20 years in footwear design before joining Hotter designing shoes and handbags for our ladies collection. When she’s not at Hotter HQ, Rosie likes to spend time with her two children and learning new techniques for home furnishing crafting.
