The first shoes I ordered, wasn't good, the right foot was like wearing flip-flops, whilst the left foot fitted nicely, now I know our feet are always a slightly different size but not that different and I took a photo and sent it to Hotter along with an email explaining the situation and asking for their advise on whether to go for smaller shoes by a half size or take a chance on reordering the same size, it took them 6 days to respond and it was only the bog standard response to sending the parcel back, the box also looked like it had been sent back from someone else who most probably had the same problem. By that stage I had already sent them back and decided on going the smaller size and also ordered Navy Blue as that wasn't available in the size I ordered before, they did come and they were coloured black, couldn't be bothered to chase up anymore as they most probably sold out of the blue before they received my shoes back for exchange. I have purchased a shoe stretcher as the right shoe is a bit tight, think that shows how large the first right hand shoe was.

This is my second pair of these shoes. Very comfortable shoe to wear at anytime of day. The heel height is a bonus.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
