Hidden Talents
When we set out on a quest to find hidden talents amongst our staff we discovered a national dance champion, a TV quiz buff and a model.
Meet Charley, Russell and Ella!
When he's not designing shoes, quiz buff Russell Hollowell (above), is appearing on your TV screens on quiz shows such as The Weakest Link, The Chase and Telly Addicts.
A national dance champion, Charley Meredith (below), 19, who works in our Bristol store has been dancing since the age of 11. Her passion is hip hop and cheerleading but she's also learning jazz too!
Modelling from the age of 11, and now working in our Bury store, Ella Wellington has modelled for different brands, including her career highlight to date, Jean Paul Gaultier.
We love to hear our customers' adventures in their favourite footwear and we couldn't wait to share the stories
inspired by the vintage chic of super comfy Valetta.
On her feet for six hours as part of her samba school parade at Notting Hill Carnival, Jill Forgham knew she needed superb comfort and smart styling to add some pizzazz to her pageant outfit. 'I bought Valetta specifically because I hoped they could be comfy for the parade and they were. I danced happily all the way round the route, my feet felt fine and I made the crowds - and a policeman - smile.' Jill is pictured right with husband Neil.

Meanwhile, a 1920's dress she chose for a wedding inspired Liz Welch to turn to Valetta to make sure she was smiling from the first dance to the last, she told us; "They were perfect in every way both in colour and style."
