How do I amend my order?
We are unable to amend an order once it's been placed, however if the order has not been prepared for despatch we may be able to cancel your original order and help in placing your order for an alternative item. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time upto the point when we begin to prepare your order for shipping. To cancel your order please call us on 0044 1695 712710 0800 990 0660.

If I cancel my order, how does it affect the 'offer' I received at the time I placed my order?
If by cancelling your order you are no longer entitled to the original offer, then any adjustments will be made as necessary.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my home address?
Your order will be shipped to the address of your choice in Germany. Once you have logged onto your account you can add new addresses into your address book. Give your address a name, e.g. work, and then input the address details and click "Continue".

Where do you ship to?
Wir liefern an alle Adressen in Deutschland und auch in die meisten Länder weltweit. Die Versandkosten für Deutschland betragen €6.50 und alle weiteren Länder €15 pro Artikel.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?
We do not offer a gift wrapping service at present.

Will I receive a confirmation email once I have placed my order online?
Yes. If you have provided the correct email address you should receive an email with confirmation of the items you have ordered within 1 hour.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Standard shipping to EU German addresses is €6.50 per order.
Standard shipping outside the EU of Germany is €15 per item
Shipping charges are non-refundable

When will I be charged for my order?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) and open invoice. Your card will be charged after your items have been selected from our warehouse and dispatched to your preferred delivery address.

If the item I've ordered is out of stock will payment still be taken straight away?
When ordering by 'Open Invoice' - your account will be debited for the cost of your goods upon despatch.

When paying by credit card the cost of the goods will be charged to your credit card as soon as your order is despatched.

Which company will ship my package?
We use Hermes Courier service to make our deliveries.

Was passiert, wenn das Paket ankommt, während ich nicht da bin?
Hermes wird gewöhnlich bis zu 3 Mal versuchen Ihre Lieferung bei Ihnen abzugeben.

Leider können wir diesen Service im Moment nicht anbieten.
