I have been using Hotter slip on men's shoes for about two decades and have never had them rub of chafe until I bought Boost lll shoes. One of the shoes rubbed a small area of skin off my heel and dug into me at the point where the toes join the foot. Fortunately the toes were gripped not rubbed.

Using shoe trees has stopped the heel rubbing, but has not yet completely eliminated the problem at the top of the toes.

The odd thing is that only one shoe is affected, the other has been a perfect fit from day one.

Update. Hotter Shoes promptly responded to this review and suggested that the shoes be returned for inspection. Their handling of this matter has been first class and therefore I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from them.

Lovely, comfortable shoes when tried on, I’m a standard size 7, bought a size 7 but they were so loose I couldn’t wear them, even heel grips didn’t make a difference sadly😒 Looking for an 8 to pass them on to!
